How is this RESTORE program different from RENEW?
My RENEW program is a structured 12-week on-demand course-based coaching program, while RESTORE is one-on-one support tailored to your unique situation.
Do I need to commit to multiple sessions?
Nope. You can book one session at a time, or continue as needed. Full disclosure: one session is generally not enough to tackle most situations. However, I'll be honest with you in what I think you'll need beyond a single session, and if I think additional work together will help, if there's another resource that may work better, or if a one-off session really is the most helpful.
What topics can we discuss?
Anything related to ministry stress, burnout, leadership challenges, marriage struggles, or emotional health.
What if I just need a safe place to vent?
That's totally fine! Sometimes, we don't need to "fix" anything... you just need a confidential place to confide in someone who understands what you're going through. If that's your situation, I'd be honored to be that safe place for you.

❌ A group coaching program—this is one-on-one personalized support.
❌ An never-ending, expensive process—we're beginning with the end in mind. I'll be upfront with you about how long I think the process will take, and if I think you'll benefit from additional RESTORE sessions.
❌ Marriage counseling—while RESTORE can help walk you through stress, challenges, and situations related to your marriage, it's not meant to be a subsitute for marriage counseling where you and your spouse meet with a counselor. If you need specific help with marriage counseling, reach out and I'll be happy to offer a referral to someone I know and trust.
❌ Crisis counseling—if you are experiencing thoughts of suicide, harming yourself, or harming others, please contact your 911, your local emergency room, or a local crisis center.
